As a local family produce farm in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, BC, our goal is to provide our customers with the most delicious and nutrient dense food possible, and it all starts in the soil.

We do not use synthetic fertilizers, hormones or antibiotics. All of our locally-grown produce is planted by hand in our fields, and harvested by hand. Everything we grow goes from our farm, to your table.

 

We breed and raise our flocks and herds and raise them with full access to nature. All of our animals are raised by us.
